Returning your device

As soon as we confirm the payment is received we’ll express post your device back to you and supply you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel while it makes it’s way back to you.

Payment for repairs

Once repairs are complete we’ll call you to organize payment. We accept credit card, direct transfer or paypal.

We repair your device

We will call you to let you know we have received your device and get a little more information. Normal turnaround time is between 1-5 days.

Mail us your device

Ship the device to us using whichever shipping method you choose, we recommend to use tracking. Please make sure it is well packaged to avoid further damage. Please make sure its labelled with your details and a description of the repair required
